Manchester’s Town Council unanimously approved an ordinance 5-0 at the March convening that was crafted to cut down on excessive commuter traffic that has continually plagued residential neighborhoods within the town of Manchester.

Ordinance 181 will prohibit entry onto Augusta Road and Millie Way from Fridinger Mill Road between the hours of 6am-8:30am on weekdays. Exempt from this ordinance is school buses and emergency vehicles. Ordinance 181 is expected to go into effect within 30 days.
