Manchester Police Chief Gerald Gall and the Manchester Police Department will be hosting an open community meeting on April 17th with town residents and business owners. This information gathering session is open to everyone and will be held at 7:00PM at theManchester Town Office. Refreshments will be served.

Chief Gall will be welcoming special guests Bob Crouch from the Carroll County Sheriff's Department and Cindy Mulligan, founder of Catherine's Cause, a support group for people who have lost loved ones as the result of Drunk Drivers.

"I am looking forward to this opportunity to meeting with the residents of our town to see what's on everyone's mind and learn how our department can better serve the residents of Manchester," commented Chief Gaul.

Attendees will have the chance to ask questions of Chief Gall and discuss matters pertaining public safely within the Manchester Town limits.
